Vermont’s Plant Experts

Mick Levine and Theresa Carroll of Mother Nature's Helper

Theresa & Mick

In 1980, Theresa Carroll followed her lifelong dream of starting a business and helping her fellow Vermonters to bring the beautiful outdoors inside. The idea for Mother Nature’s Helper was hatched on the desire to green up the lives the paces around the community. Recognizing that Vermonters prefer life outdoors yet must spend some time indoors, the idea to bring in a piece of our green outdoors made perfect sense.

Joined by her husband Mick Levine 2 years later, she started Mother Nature’s Helper. With a degree in Forestry, she has “greened” up many offices, banks, malls, and homes with tropical foliage and native plants. Mick started out doing the companies books and has since learned every aspect of the business. He keeps the office in order as well as keeping many plants green.

Through the years, Mother Nature’s Helper has grown to be Vermont’s largest interior landscaping company incorporating holiday decorating, fresh flower designs and exterior plantings.

The staff of professionals that help to keep things “growing” are varied in their background, but they all share their love and knowledge of plants. It’s easy to see how MNH has succeeded for 34 years when you watch the employees at work. They love the job as much as Mick & Theresa do.

With close to 35 years of experience Mother Nature’s Helper looks forward to working their magic in your office or home.

You may often see the company vehicles filled with plants and their dogs Annie and Gonzo. They are not allowed to help dig, but they do help bring a smile to everyone they meet.
